Your first visit to Opaline

What happens before, during and after your first appointment, so you can come relaxed.

Before you come
Book from your account or call Valeria, our virtual receptionist. If you have a photo of a design you love, upload it when you book. If you have product from another salon, choose “Refill from Another Salon” or “Material Removal”. Arrive five minutes early.
When you arrive
Tap “I'm here” in your panel and we'll prepare your welcome drink. Mely goes through shape, length and colour with you before starting.
During the ritual
The cuticle is worked dry with an e-file, with autoclave-sterilised tools and fresh disposables just for you. A new set takes about two hours; if you prefer, your appointment can be in silence.
Payment
You pay at the salon, in dinars, by card or phone. Menu prices are final.
Afterwards
The next day you'll get aftercare for your set by email. The result lasts 3 to 4 weeks; you can change or cancel from your panel (changes up to 12 hours before).

Autoclave-sterilised
Metal instruments are disinfected, cleaned ultrasonically and sterilised at 134 °C in a class B autoclave, sealed in their pouch.
Disposables, new for you
Files, buffers and sticks are opened new at the start of your appointment and never used on another client.
Your natural nail, protected
We don't over-file your nail plate and prep it with acid-free products, so the product bonds without damaging it.
