Terms of Service

By accessing and using Opaline by Mely services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. VIP Membership

Access to our services is exclusive to approved members. We reserve the right to admit or revoke memberships at our discretion to maintain the standard of quality and exclusivity of the club.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance through your control panel. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary or permanent suspension of VIP privileges.

3. Payments and Currencies

We accept payments exclusively in RSD (Serbian Dinars). Services must be paid in full at the end of the session at the spa.
